We herewith like to point out that when you confirmed your order you have the right to order a surveyor for your own account in order to check the cargo before, during and upon completion of  loading.

If client decides not to order a surveyor than client takes full responsibility if cargo would be damaged.

World Enterprise Logistics & Trading Ltd. cannot be hold responsible for any damage without official survey report including pictures during and upon completion of loading.

Damage claims can be send to our email address within 14 days upon date of completion of loading. World Enterprise Logistics & Trading Ltd. Reserves the right to order his own surveyor in order to check the alleged cargo damage.
